"Having never attended a yoga workshop, let alone a yoga retreat, I wasn't sure how the weekend would progress or even what I hoped to gain from our time with Bob. Within a few minutes of the workshop commencing Friday night, I knew that the weekend would be a unique and enriching experience. Bob's style of teaching was inclusive and well-adapted to a varied audience. I especially appreciated his humour and willingness to candidly share expeinces in his life (even difficult ones) in order to illustrate some of the concepts we discussed...Bob and Erin created a very safe environment where I believe everyone felt comfortable sharing their stories and asking questions...comments were [directed] to create an open learning environment where people were free to choose for themselves what best suited their own perspectives and experiences.
