We camp beside a clean, semi-private, spring-fed lake, on massive deposits of healing quartz crystal in the Mineral Capital of Canada. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest, trails, and gentle wildlife, this inspiring environment gives us a chance to pause, rejuvenate, and reconnect with Mother Nature and ourselves.
Our time will be dedicated to quieting the chaos within through Peace of Mind philosophy and the inherent lessons of nature. Personal Insights arise from practical creative, meditative, and energetic exercises. Have fun investigating your totem animal, healing plant medicines, and understanding the spiritual language of nature. Deepen your knowledge of yoga poses, breathing, sense mastery, meditation, and philosophy and their real-world applications. Practice poses under the trees. Enjoy deeply breathing in clean air.
