9-11am: Relationship Therapy for the Mind & Body
Stories of the mind creating sickness and healing

11:15am-1pm: Science of Nutrition for the Whole Person
Understand the ancient view of all of our “bodies” (there are 5)

Scars in the brain (Yoga concept of Samskara relates to new neuroplasticity

Bija mantras to water the seeds of energetic health
Entire session woven with relaxation & healing/mindfulness visualizations
