It is our intention at Welkin YogaLife to support everyone on their meditation path. Every week, we feature a pay-what-you-can Community Meditation class. All levels of experience are welcome to attend.
Begins with a Free Introductory Session.
This class follows the lessons from the Meditation Program, offering some gentle yoga poses, breathing practices, relaxation, guided contemplation, and a silent meditation practice.
